Requirements

• Establish personal goals and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
• Maintain knowledge of our Product, Features and Functions, along with what FIN has to offer and how it can benefit the Power Sports Dealers and their Customers.
• Demonstrate the FIN Security System by explaining its features, capabilities, and additional services and warranties.
• Prospect daily for potential Customers and maintain constant rapport with previous Customers, providing training and encouragement at the dealer level.
• Responsible for building a Customer base through cold calling, referrals, trade shows and special events.
• Responsible to complete order of Product along with tracking delivery and follow up with Customers as required.

Experience

1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Sales and/or Sales Management experience preferred
3. Self starter and self motivated
4. Must have a desire to be sales driven with a performance based income.
5. Excellent communication skills and able to demonstrate and maintain ongoing business development and relationships.
6. Knowledge of Power Sports Industry a plus.
