Job Description
The successful candidate will develop and implement innovative marketing and sales
programs and promote the Fin GPS Security Product throughout the Power Sports Industry
and Dealer Network.
Requirements
- Establish personal goals and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
- Maintain knowledge of our Product, Features and Functions, along with what FIN has
to offer and how it can benefit the Power Sports Dealers and their Customers.
- Demonstrate the FIN Security System by explaining its features, capabilities, and
additional services and warranties.
- Prospect daily for potential Customers and maintain constant rapport with previous
Customers, providing training and encouragement at the dealer level.
- Responsible for building a Customer base through cold calling, referrals, trade
shows and special events.
- Responsible to complete order of Product along with tracking delivery and follow
up with Customers as required.
Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Sales and/or Sales Management experience preferred
- Self starter and self motivated
- Must have a desire to be sales driven with a performance based income.
- Excellent communication skills and able to demonstrate and maintain ongoing business
development and relationships.
- Knowledge of Power Sports Industry a plus.
